Rules of Caribbean Stud 276y5y

Cards are given to each player and the dealer (five each). Now is the dealer who turns the card up first and push it towards other players.

The players can now look at their cards without discussing with others. Players are bestowed with two options, Play or Fold. If they choose Play, they have to put their bets in the box. Or they may decide to Fold and forfeit their ante. The dealer reveals his cards only after the player decides his move. The dealer then compares the cards and the best hand wins the bet.

Once the players have made their move, the dealer checks his own hand for an Ace/king combo. If it is not there, than it is waived off and players receive their bucks back, sometimes even more in profit. For example if $2 is on the ante and player call a wager of $2, then he get $6 back. But, if the dealer get an Ace/King combo, then he call for a Showdown against the player.

As usual, if the dealer has the highest cards, the money goes to him. But if the player has even higher cards, then he gets $2 ante and $2 bet on a payoff from 4 to 1: this earns him double the ante, that is $4 + four times the amount of the bet, that is $16. So the player earns $20 in total with a low wager of only $4. There are other rules too, which are best learned before leaving.

Progressive Jackpots 4s3e4e

Caribbean stud has the credit of paying off some of the biggest progressive jackpots. Players that are placing bets in the ante phase, before the game start, may choose to try winning one of the running progressive jackpots.

All they need to do is to place a second (optional) wager for the designated Jackpot during the ante. If it happens to have one from the five highest ranked hands, the player will be entitled for one of the five ongoing jackpots. The jackpots are available to all players during some specified sessions and the pot is split equally. Players win a portion of the pot even when the dealer has got a higher hand.

  • Royal Flush (100% - win the full jackpot)
  • Straight Flush (10% of the pot)
  • Four of a Kind ($500 from the pot)
  • Full House ($100 from the pot)
  • Flush ($50 from the pot)
